I thought the whole point of KCC's "Permissions Policy" was to ensure that roads aren't dug up for each utility company consecutively, but, like too many prison sentences, concurrently.
Maybe the local County Councillors could advise ?

Unfortunately it's not the same bit of road as when the gas people were here, it'e just round the corner Roger. Aldi and the other Cherry Tree traders will all suffer. Aldi not so bad but the other traders will see the parking bays suspended.
