    Hi Marek,

It seems as though, to say the least, you`re unfortunately going through a bit of a rough spell at this present time. As you will no doubt be fully aware, in no way am I a qualified medical practioner, just someone who has an interest in the subject. For this reason and not being fully aware of your own situation I can only suggest what I might try should I be in your position.

For starters, has anyone actually told you WHY you have this condition? In other words, why have you got it and not the guy next door? Admittedly, some things can appear to hit people at random but very often there`s an underlying cause.

As far as I`m aware a lot of illness`s are triggered simply due to a poor immune system. Baring in mind all the tests that you`ve undoubtedly gone through, has anybody checked your blood level for vitamin D3? I know this sounds very simplistic but a lack of certain vitamins can have dire consequences. ( ie, lack of Vit. C and the resultant death through scurvy in the old days! )

This is where the difficult bit comes in, IF your reading is low you could consider
taking a good quality high dose of Vit. D3 which should also have Vit. K2 included in the same capsule. I say "difficult bit" because your healthcare professional may well "poo poo" the idea. But as long as it doesn`t interact with anything else you may be taking I wouldn`t have thought it would do you any harm. Virtually nobody has ever died from taking vitamins but many thousand have by taking medicinal drugs. IF, you thought this may be an option it would probably be wise to have your blood level of D3 monitored at regular intervals to avoid any possible overdosing.

For good measure I would also take a mega dose of Vit.C. Vit.C is not stored in the body so it`s difficult to overdose on this. You would know if your system has had enough as you would start having "the runs". Not pleasant but not terminal!

For a general "boost" to the immune system I would also take a good quality Krill Oil supplement and use Himalayan crystal salt which contains about eighty or so minerals, many of which we lack in our usual daily diet.
Exercise is also highly important but your condition may well prevent you from doing much? It would also be advisable to limit your alcohol intake if you do in fact partake of the liquid stuff? ( this is the really hard one! )

Finally, the other important factor would be to reduce as much of your stress levels as you possibly can. Easier said than done of course, especially when you have the understandable worry of your illness.

Marek, I can`t stress highly enough that the above is simply just my own limited suggestion of something that you could possibly consider. If nothing seems to be working for you at the moment it might be worth a try, as long of course as your doctors are happy that there will be no "interactions" with any of your prescribed medications.

    Best of luck mate.

PS. Marek, just posted this before I saw Ross`s good words of advice!
