    Marek for the magnesium and vitamin K the best dietary sources are dark green leafy veg, nuts, seeds, bananas, dried apricots, avocados, peas and beans, soy and whole grains - so you might be better off looking at a vegetarian diet.

    You should probably also moderate your alcohol consumption as a number of studies have shown that alcohol increase magnesium excretion

    Some of the other things that you might consider are warm baths with Epsom Salts (you will need about 600g of Salts per bath)
