    Howard,
I have to disagree with your comment, Victoria Hospital will survive, I don't know when you visited it but it is a very busy hospital and used for many different aspects. Unfortunately my wife and I spend too much time there and the nurses know us by our first names. The minor injuries is well used and is a relief for Doctors Surgeries and offers internet diagnoses from consultants from far off hospitals, saving my uncles life when he had a stroke. The usual blood, x-ray, scans, eye clinic, stroke clinic, diabetes, hearing and still more are all busy along with the wards for bringing our sick and elderly back to be nearer their families. Around the back are buildings dealing with children and even an emergency dentist I believe. It is anything but quiet and definitely well used.
