    Just back from my walk along the pier and there are now 4 REPEAT 4 large dumpster bins at the Pier End. I think that the cafe owner should be made to walk the plank.

    In fairness I have had an acknowledgement from DDC but the main man is on holdiay until next week.

    Perhaps they are not bins at all but an alien species aiming to take over Deal and Dover!!!!!!
