Unfortunately - probably yes Jan depending on which colour rosette they are wearing. Politics in this country, local, regional and national is mired in mediocrity and failure because one could potentially be the most brilliant representative for the people of the area that you know and love, but if you are wearing the wrong colour (or no colour) rosette you'll get beaten by a donkey wearing the right colour.
