    The story tells what services will be provided by the Community Trust who manage the hospital.

    They are not saying existing Out Patients services provided by East Kent Hospital Trust will remain ,they still go to Buckland on opening.

    Definitely confusing to the public.

    What it does demonstrate is the numbers of services Deal does & will provide in the future. It is not closing, never was.
