    update on the seafront, the former churchill hotel has a team working on it, i suspect that the new owners are looking at spring for an opening date, in time for the cruise ships.

    the other shelter is being attended to by a team of decorators, and many benches are being painted.
    it seems that all the benches removed because of the sea front have been relocated meaning there are more seats than ever before.

    met colin today and we spent the best part of an hour putting the world to right whilst enjoying the sun and seaviews.
    after that met his delightful sister(nothing like colin)!!
