    the problem is made worse by people sleeping there at night, they urinate where they sleep or sit, finding it too complicated to simply take one stride and do it over the railing into the sea.

    then they thoughtfully leave their fast food containers together with uneaten food and empty beer cans for the rest of us to enjoy.

    during the day is hardly any better.
