    you even managed to make a political point scoring on such an issue that is important to a lot of people.
    So [presume by your posting you don't care and thats fine if thats what you believe.

    I did post because locals asked me and I am out of all this council stuff these days
    I dont care which admin it is merely making a point, and now others from your party agree its a problem.
    Maybe something to look at?

    Iv also been off KCC for over 16 months so its unfair to be so critical
    Contact with Gordon CowaN/Bill newman would be best
