  Well it seems we all agree, after all this is what I wrote in the opening post
  
  There are plenty of hardworking, low paid staff at DDC being let down by inept councillors and senior staff.
  
  Interesting that Howard, in his slavish desire to appease DDC has to trawl back 3 years to mention an award, I love Darren's comment on the link provided.
  
  
  
  I stand by what I've been saying for ages, the conscientious and low paid staff are being let down by the hierarchy who are simply protecting their salaries and pensions. Can anybody begin to explain or justify the point of the Regeneration Dept at DDC, for instance?
