    So...are the public to; (1) Go along with? (2) Witness? (3) Take note of? (4) Perform a function? All four?

    The apparent 'malaise' is of a general nature. Even Howard cannot bring himself to say 'we', but uses 'they'.

    I would tie two further points into this. The much vaunted 'Local-ism' Bill, that is set to contain nothing new and no sense of improvement and the fact that we all derive the status of 'Citizen' from the EU only. In all things we British are yet but mere Subjects of the Crown.

    Who or what shall, can or may 'attend' to this?
