    When I first joined the Council there was all this talk about the joining of Councils the Labour group wanted an East Kent triangle of Canterbury,Thanet and Dover,while the Tories were talking about an East Kent Cluster the previous 3 plus Shepway.Now the waste contract is almost finished but on joint services the Cllrs in Shepway are having some doubts and look as if they are not going to join at the moment,but may later.
