RECYCLING ROAD SHOWS -
NEW DATES ADDED
A special road show is out and about across Dover District making sure residents know all about the new recycling and waste collections - with new dates now added at Dover Market Square, Aylesham Fete, and Sandwich Market.
The road show will be at the following locations:
· 25 August - Tesco, Whitfield from 10am to 3pm
· 30 August - Co-Op, Sandwich from 10am to 3pm
· 6 September - Capel Farmers' Market from 10am to 12.30pm
· 10 September - Aylesham Fete (on Carnival Day) from noon to 4pm
· 13 September - Dover Market Square from 10am to 3pm
· 22 September - Sandwich Market from 10am to 3pm
· 27 September - Sainsbury's, Deal from 10am to 3pm
The team handed out information at Deal Carnival on 28 July, and the road show visited Stembrook Car Park on 9 August, and Tesco in Whitifield on 18 August. Other dates may be added subject to confirmation. The road shows are just one way that Dover District Council is getting the message across, as part of a wider communications campaign, part funded by the Waste Resources Action Programme.
