    I used isinglass back in the late 70s when making my own beer Ray, once I got the hang of it the finished product was far superior to what was available commercially at the time and cost about 5p a pint to produce. There were two problems, firstly the hangover after just two pints and secondly pub beer was tasteless by comparison.
