For those of you who knew and loved Dave Bell, we are having drinks in tribute to our dear friend at the Old Endeavour next Saturday lunchtime (Sept 24) prior to Dover's home match against Havant.
A dear friend and a much-loved, fantastic chap of the highest order!
See you all there.
Rest in Peace, Dave. Thoughts and prayers with your family.

Thanks Howard. I'll spread the word. There's a lot on Facebook and Dovorian.com about Dave too.
As i said on the front page Dave was one of the nicest men you could ever wish to meet, Dave followed Dover Athletic home and away and had done for many years. He has left behind many friends who will never forget him and my thought are with his family at this sad tome.

There is a gap on the River End that will never be filled. I was not a close friend of Dave but talked to him many times in the clubhouse at Crabble and he came across as the salt of the earth. R.I.P. Dave.

Clearly a sad story indeed. Good to hear that Keef about last nights game.
