what a farce that is turning out to be.
today we learn that employees of a mobile phone company have been flogging customers personal and contract details to others.
where human beings are involved all the technology in the world cannot stop the crooked turning a penny.
anyone for an ID card?

I've worn out one phone recently Howard - that must be the third in five years - and my bill doesn't get any bigger so it must be all the call centers phoning me or the wife.
