    I did Dartford Crossing twice a day for two years until this Spring. Once it took me nine hours to get home because of the traffic hold ups that snarled up the entire system from Dartford to Blackwall. Most days a 1.5 hour journey took over 3 homewards because the toll booth system was rubbish. And I had a DartTag! A toll should not just imply revenue for the company, but also a decent service for the punters. Dartford is the exact opposite.
