    Sadly

    a) a hospital on that site will not be built as the NHS has no spare money and government has made it clear it will not spend its way out of the crisis

    b) despite the wringing of hands by our politicos etc. the site will be a vandals paradise for years to come as there is no money to incentivise companies to come down here to utilise the site
