    Think not Karlos - 40mph all the way into Dover from just east of the Roundhill tunnel. Been like that for ages. They talk about changing it but so far nothing has changed. TAP only holds the port bound hgv traffic at Aycliffe lights and then releases them bit by bit when traffic allows a more free flow into the docks.
