    # 11......in complete denial......or suspect naivety.......the last sentence, it really does not matter at District Council

    level ....they have past their sell by date long ago..........

    # 14......agree Town and Parish Councils only have one Officer....they are out numbered by volunteers who deal with

    smaller agenda and know what they are doing....unlike DDC where officers out number committee members and they

    have years of experience of getting what they want to happen........
