    I'm a Councillor and I've never been asked to stop posting. Paul Watkins, the Leader of DDC, posts on here too.

    "my role(as a cllr) is to take up your case if you don't get a satisfactory reply from the council.
    what this indicates is that not only is the old council officer led, but the new incoming councillors are much the same".

    Many councillors of all pursuasions, take up their constituent's cases if they have no joy from direct contact with the Council - why should that mean the Council is officer led ?

    DDC is, in the main, Member-led, but some department seem not to be.
