  Even allowing for any prejudice it certainly makes interesting reading, maybe a shame he was not on that jury.

  I can only think that the prosecution counsel failed to clarify things to the jury who might have been confused by the detailed stuff. Having said that the fact that the defendant tried to hide his phone from the police should have carried weight with the jury.
