  There will be a referendum Keith - fact, all it needs is a Conservative majority at the next election. Cameron plays a double edged game balancing between the pro-EU LibDems and the vast majority of the Conservative Party who demand a referendum. We need a renegotiation first for a trade only relationship so we have a positive alternative rather than a leap into the unknown.
