Yes that is yours truly in today's Daily Mail! The article is to help raise awareness for conditions like IBS and to show that alternative therapies can sometimes be beneficial.
I will add that no one is trying to suggest that we totally abandon conventional medicine. As regards the past lives I experienced under hypnotherapy - I stated in the interview that I was initially skeptical but open to such possibilities. Although the lives felt very real to me, I did wonder if I could have imagined them. Naturally that part wasn't printed because it would make me sound completely sane!
I watched a programme many years ago about people who claimed they remember their previous existence, most were idiots that claimed to be Nelson, Henry the Eighth, Mary Queen of scots etc but one bloke was very interesting. He claimed to be a trooper in Cromwell's army during the English civil war - under hypnosis his voice took on a strange accent and many words he used are not spoken now. Anyway he described a terrible battle he took part in and gave it's location in the East Midlands. There was no historical evidence that a battle took place there. A team of archaeologists started digging and in no time found musket balls and other paraphernalia that showed a battle had been there at that time.
