Match abandoned, waterlogged pitch, trouble is it was just after we had 2 players sent off!! Harrington and Thomson, suspensions will hit us dearly!

The game should never had started end off, as for the sending offs well Thompson's looked to be about right but not sure about Young Harringtons it may have been a second yellow. There was a set to with most of the players after Thompsons bad foul and Harrington looked as though he was trying to split it up but in doing so got caught up in it all.
Their player got sent off for retaliation in the same set to.
It looks like the replay may be Tuesday if the weather and pitch are better. Have to say their pitch was well water logged and needs to dry out a lot to make it fit to play on. Today it was a total disgrace to start and the conditions were in part to blame for players going in like they did and getting booked.
Ref total disgrace in my humble opinion.

Not this one Keith, the pitch was a disgrace prior to any ball being kicked and you could hear their supporters saying so as well as ours. During the first 20 minutes one of the other officials called him over and tried to get him to stop the game after a poor tackle when the players foot hit water then the other player.
There are decisions you agree and disagree with, but this one was a very poor one in fact disgraceful as players could have been seriously injured and indeed one might have been.
