    KeithS, you join in with Barry in hosannering me down for stating that the past governments and the present one have applied a policy of collecting tax through the backdoor.

    If it wasn't for bonuses taxed at 45% (previously 50%), the only other way the Treasury could get hold of a larger share of company profits would be by increasing the 23% (previously 25%) corporation tax.
    They do it through the backdoor, through the bonus culture that privileges gravy-train elitists living off share companies' profits like parasites.

    Labour and Tory have much in common in this respect.
