    I have In the past tried to help, but as others have said it hasn't made any difference, you either don't understand, or choose not to.
    Which is fine I suppose.

    Companies have always been able to set wages and why not, and it would be wrong for govts to interfere in that way.

    It's for the companies together with its shareholders to decide.

    It is correct that some are getting far to much in todays society, and not helping to get people on there side.
