Some of central Dover does look as if its crumbling. Do you remember a few years back a large chunk of Burlington House fell onto the pavement below, and I mean a large chunk. Would clearly have killed anyone walking underneath. Fortunately no one walks along there, as to do so would shorten ones time on this planet considerably by breathing in the pungent truck fumes, lung numbing pollution on a grand scale. Nobody walks along there just as well...except for tourists and the foolhardy.
