i think we have had this discussed in the past but dover and southampton are still opposing plans for liverpool to take a slice of the cruise business.

I had heard this and wonder when and where the petition was held and over what period.
I'm sure there would have been a lot more signed it had more known.

The usual tosh from these so called entrepreneurial types. Apparently it's a good thing for Governments to prevent employment and a bad thing for them to facilitate it.
They can pay each other large amounts...to attract the high calibre chap the posts require, but countenance competition...oh no!
