    It's correct in what you say that Dave talks tough, but when it comes down to it, no change.

    Yes the prisons are full and some could be released(some have) but locking eveyone up isnt always the answer, and we should look deeper at both the causes, and what we realy want to achieve out of all of this.

    ther lock them up brigade, do little to help the situation.

    some very hard working community workers are warning the cut backs in yout provision which has helped so many youngsters, will only make the problem worse, and where as many were taken off the street many have returned to the streets.
