on the news today that the authorities in christchurch, new zealand have found a novel way of driving feral youths from their shopping malls.
tense yourself now please.
over the tannoy they play barry manilow's greatest hits non-stop, all sung by the great man himself.
i suppose they will loiter outside the chateau of the marguis de sade next time.
things cannot get any worse.

that is really taking things a bit far.
mind you a quick blast of "congratulations" or "bachelor boy" at chucking out times on friday and saturday might clear market square a lot quicker.

It's been trialed over here for a few years now Howard.
Certain shops and shopping centres have been playing classicle music.
The chavs and the hoodies don't like it and was considered a success.
