  I do understand the issues to raise, but you should also look at the positives.
  Dover has reached the highest league outside of the football league and punching well above it's weight for a part time club.
  Dover folk should welcome such a success.
  The club could only advise it's supporters not to use cars to go to/from ground, but when you get large crowds this will be an issue whatever the event.
  Dover does marshall within its own ground, but outside its really about other agencies to work with the club to see if this can be resolved .
