Two dates for your diary:
Crabble Corn Mill are having a Cider Festival on the week-end of October 31st. and November 1st.
Music, food, a great range of ciders and real ales and just a £2.00 entrance fee.
Just the kind of thing you'll need at this time of year to cheer you up.
The second date is for Cultured Pearl, who are doing a fund-raising gig at the Mill on 29th. of August, starting at 8pm.
"From Slide Blues to Wistful Folk, Cultured Pearl play a range of covers from the 60's and 70's to the present day. They appeal to those who appreciate fine songwriting, a smooth acoustic sound, and a chilled out vibe."
If you've seen them before, you know exactly how good they are, if you haven't, now's your chance.
A great evening and a great venue.
Don't forget 29th. August for Cultured Pearl & 31st. October/1st. of November, for the Cider Festival.
