    It is from the River Parish Council Roger it goes on to say ,The Dover District Council has issued a consultion docment about this and over 100 more sites offered by landowners in the Dover District before it recommends to Government which to include in its Site Allocation Document of the Dover Local Development Framework.

    When approved the Framework will be the basis for development for the foreseeable future.
