Dream on. This is why so many of our previous councillors were well past their sell-by dates - £17,000+ for mostly following the advice of council officers.
Hopefully most of them will find something useful to do during the rest of their short time on this planet. The USA have it correct with the president - two terms is more than enough time to screw things up!
