I brought this up months ago,my main concerns were houses that open up on paths straight from the front door,eg Tower Hamlets Road/Street with no or little back garden and no side passage.Hills like Mount Road, and steps and my other concerns were disabled people and nappies.

Still the Council is says that 85- 90% of people will have these wheelie bins, and although I am not opposed to Wheelie bins my main concern is that Disabled people may not be able to cope with them and when I asked who would decide which disabled people would or wouldnt have wheelie bins I was told 'The Binnen will decide' and the Tories found that funny and then they said the Cllrs can decide.I am not qualified and neither are the binmen do work out a person's Disability.

On nappie I pushed on this as well and I had heard that they were going to charge for nappy collection, but this has now changed to put them in your wheelie bin and they will be picked up every 2 weeks!

These bins are large, and chipped as I understand it,and although free will cost you about £40 to replace or if you move into a new property. But on the bright side daily races are being held in Melbourne Avenue on them everyday, and on Saturday nights Wheelie Bins parties will be held around the Bar-b-que bins when they are set fire too.
