    Rubbish, this is exactly the sort of misinformation that D.Little was writing about.
    The majority of money spent on this site/DTIZ was given by organisations, such as SEEDA, to promote regeneration. It was not DDC money and came with strings attached to ensure it was spent where it was meant to be spent.
