    Is it correct what I'm hearing that although the Kent police has had more funds from the Govt
    They are able also to set there own council tax which this year its to be a rise of 14%
    "my understanding is that this works out higher than DDC?
    We can keep hiking up the council tax but something has to give
    How can 14% be justified in todays cut backs
    But also we are seeing less police on the beat rather than more
