    quite right paul. the other paul(fuhrer) explained this some time ago, however the new government has made great play out of its localisation agenda.
    now is the chance to turn words into action.
    each locality has different needs.
    we have been flooded out with tourists this summer, closing our museum would be another nail in dovers coffin.
