  Thanks for the tip about Dispatches Howard...I enjoyed it. it pointed out the absolute nasty mess all this is. That Coulson guy is a cool calculating dude and no mistake.
  
  I had trouble getting a picture to begin with as there was big loss of digital signal last night...I watched on analogue in the end but by the time I had sorted that I think I only caught the tail end seconds of Mr McMullen.
  
  But a couple of items of note...
  
  There can be no doubt of the power of Rupert Murdoch and there can be no doubt of his absolute power. It is clear that everyone including MP's and even Prime Ministers are scared of him and his operators. This is quite openly admitted.

  Did anyone catch the small inserted item about Coulson and his newspaper being fined £800,000 for him bullying his staff. Some of these news stories and even Coulson's resignations were buried deep inside the newspapers with only tiny coverage. The newspapers generally want this to go away. Perhaps the papers are all hacking..so the programme hinted. The TV obviously gave it the full weight of coverage. .But Coulson was quite an operator. Not the nice innocent lad he would have us believe.
  
  But...did Cameron know about Coulsons past record of bullying when he hired him?
