Oh dear,
'The palace wants the coronation to demonstrate that the monarchy still has a role to play in a multicultural nation struggling to deal with a cost-of-living crisis, budget cuts and a wave of strikes by public-sector workers.
That night there will be a concert at Windsor Castle featuring a choir drawn from amateur troupes across the United Kingdom, including refugee choirs, National Health Service choirs, LGBTQ singing groups and deaf signing choirs.'
as told to Craig Brown?

This country is at its best when it comes to this sort of event and helps to lift many peoples spirits but to highlight a concert and politically correct choir is bit of a letdown.
I wonder if school children will receive a coronation gift, I got a poxy teaspoon that was shoved in a drawer from the last coronation, it was lost years ago.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

I'm often told the royals financially bring in more than they cost us.
I would be interested to know if this is factual.

Our monarchy is like a balding mature student at freshers' week who just discovered the young pinkhairs at the political stalls and now has all the badges.

Although not a royalist , I'm often feeling sorry for when the queen was around.
Her own family putting them in a bad light.

Well, since omniscience is reserved for THE ONE, you'll need to explain 'ChatGPT'.
