i think you are being unfair peter i walk past that most days and never suspected that anything was going on in there.
the new commander has been true to his word, thirsty chaps no longer frequent the town centre and visible policing is the order of the day.
as one of the biggest critics of local policing i am happy to say that actions have matched the rhetoric at last.

Any opening of a 24hour police station in Dover is to be welcome but it never had been close in the first place,.
Next we need to see more police on the ground walking around 24/7.
And get back the parish police officer living in the parish making that his own patch,
