  Walking back to town earlier I was highly impressed with the development called Rosewood Heights, phase 1 all properties let and phase 2 soon to be available. I noticed also what looks like a nearly finished office block at the junction with Randolph Road. Apparently the old Barwick's site is being turned into housing so all in all the future looks bright along there.

  The building being finished at the bottom of Randolph road i think is going to be a care home.

  The care home building is the option for immediate/step down care that was originally designated for the Buckland Hospital site.
