Active tory members Martin drake, james hunt, Nicholas are concerned that the tory party is positioning itself badly
in trying to please the eloctarate by trying to outdo fringe parties whether its best for the tories or not.
A clear view from these 3 is that they should distance themselves from the fringe parties as they will not deliver conservative policies, and these 3 feel these fringe parties DO NOT represent the views of the mainstream voters.
These 3 feel these fringe parties wont be around long, and jump ship at first opportunity,
Some interesting views, but really the fringe parties often do connect purely because politicians from all parties lose there way.
I'v said all along I share the view that these fringe parties are a flash in the pan, and will lose ground, election to election.
of course this could be said for all parties unless they connect
