    well spotted jan, i should have added the bit that said "dynamic new conservative m.p. charlie elphicke has made progress and the new hospital now looks to be moving forward".

    the fact is that all decisions were made by the health authority a while back( vic knows the full facts).

    the whole issue has been a football for local politicians of all colours with their own agenda.

    thankfully the bureaucrats got their way and we will get our hospital.
