  This thread is just another example of the yah-boo behaviour by politicians local and national. It makes voters angry and I believe it's the main contributor to apathy among voters who do not follow politics on a day to day basis.
  
  All three main parties are guilty of it. Each side accuses the other (without any real evidence) of conspiring to do dreadful things if they get elected while making grand promises about what they will do once in office, only there's no detail.
  
  That's just the candidates. Then we have the cheerleaders. Waldorf & Statler on one side (Keef & Marek), Fozzie Bear on the other (BarryW) do nothing to advance the debate but just reduce it further to a muppet show.
  
  Why can't you all just stop attacking each other and maintain a dignified silence if attacked?
