Re; the equipment, surely if the NHS don't want it they could send it to third world country who would be desperate for it.

Even if the equipment was broken it could have been sold if only for recycling and the documents should have been shredded or stored not just left for the vandals.
This is a typical example of the way the NHS waste of money, no wonder they are always short of funds. We really need a government who is prepared to shake the inefficient very top management and civil servants out of their cosy offices to run the system properly.

Those aren't actual certificates of deaths that's the guide book if you like of how to fill in and the correct terms of death descriptors to use. Hospitals themselves don't hold patient death certificates or patient records, ours are all held at Ashford at the department of patient records.
