DRT technologies in Priory Street are pretty good at sorting out that kind of thing.

There is a computer repair shop almost next to the Charlton Centre entrance, I have asked for advice and they were very helpful but have never used them for repairs.

Dear all,
Thank you very much for your suggestions - I would noy have thought to go to Babyland!!!
Sadly the hard drive is frazzled so they are putting a new one in.
Advice to all - please back up your files ofter - I last did in November and so have been trying to recreate all my business records since then!!
Cheers,
Lita

Lita.
Buy an external H/drive and back up daily, even new ones go down sometimes

I back my files up on the Web.
There are safe storage centres where you can digitally back up your files and access them from any computer.

Thanks for all your help - computer fixed and system in place to back up often!
Must admit that it was good to get rid of all the rubbish built up over the years on the computer - runs much faster now!!
