Amazed if that was Community Safety Day, I too stumbled on it yesterday whilst making my way down to Market Square, very low key
I thought it was over the top 'elf 'n safety' for the wiring of the Christmas tree lights in the rain, as someone might fall off the ladder & there would be all sorts of forms to fill out, one to hold the pencil, oversee, euro representative to cross check european regulations are in place etc etc
